Static Neutralizing Bars

IQ Easy static neutralizing bars are uniquely engineered with integrated high voltage power supplies and require a low voltage 24 DC input. This results in a safer and cleaner install. The shockless bars are made with a rugged, reinforced extrusion and use long-life emitter pins for maximum performance in demanding industrial environments. Highly visible status LEDs on the end of the neutralizer quickly let you know the state of your bar. There are over 60 different static neutralizing bar lengths available from10 inches to 13 feet. Each bar connects with a standard M12 connector, offered in straight or right angled styles. These bars are IP66 rated against dust and splash giving you extra protection.

There are two varieties of IQ Easy static neutralizing bars available to best suit your application.
• Speed – Ideal for most applications including high speed requirements. They have a working distance of 2”-9”.
• Hybrid – Recommended for farther distances, accommodating mounting up to 18” away from the target.

Sensor Bar

The IQ Easy Sensor bar is used to measure the field intensity of a conveyed material. The sensor bar is available in configurations that offer different sensor quantities and positions. This allows you to get a complete understanding of electrostatic charge issues unique to your application.

The Sensor bar is used in conjunction with the IQ Easy Manager and Static Neutralization bar. Using our proprietary closed-looped feedback system, the Sensor bar measures live conditions and controls the output of the static neutralizing bar to ensure that you are receiving the lowest possible residual static charge. Sensor readings are averaged across the web, and individual sensor readings are available.

IQ Easy Manager

Neutralizing bars and sensor bars connect directly to the Manager. This unit powers these devices and provides ultimate monitoring and control over the system. Its 7” color touch screen lets you easily navigate and monitor the status of connected devices. A single connection to the Manager provides power and communication up to 6 devices.
